What is a Credit Wallet account?
A Credit Wallet account allows you to view our exclusive videos. You
can set up an account by clicking on the link to the left to "Buy Credits". This will take
you to our credits options page. Once you select the credit package you
want, click the button and you will be taken to a secure CCBill
purchase page which will verify your payment information. You can
purchase credits to view as many as videos you like. Each video has it's
cost in credits, listed next to it's picture sample in our
Browse Videos and New Titles sections. When you first purchase credits
from us, you'll be setting up your credit wallet account, so remember
your username and password that you create. This will be the
login you use to access the videos you want to watch. You will have
2 FULL DAYS (48 hours) to watch and enjoy each video you choose as many times
in that 2 FULL DAYS as you want.
How much do the tokens and clips cost?
$1 equals 1 Credit; Our token packages start at $20. All videos come in
shorter parts for easier and quicker viewing. Each
part is approx. 6-25 minutes (some longer) depending on the movie and scene. See the
specific video part in the Preview Area for detailed
information about the movie, duration and file size. The cost to view the videos is 2 Credits ($2) each (except videos over 20 minutes which are 5 credits ($5)). You can add more
credits to your credit wallet account when it is depleted, you do not need
to create a new username account every time you buy token credits. Your
credits NEVER EXPIRE!! You can use them at your leisure.
What video format does Tickling Paradise use?
We use WMV (Windows Media Player) encoded with Windows DRM (Digital
Rights Management). You will be able to view clips any time you want
while on our website, but you will not be able to download,
upload or share them
with others unless they have purchased their own license. This helps us
to protect our exclusive clips from copyright infringement and internet
piracy.
What type of computer and connection will I need?
These clips work best with a PC using Windows ME,
XP or Vista on a broadband connection. Windows Media Player (the newest version of windows media player with DRM enabled). Other media players will work, like real player and others but we cannot ensure optimal viewing with other players. The buffer and viewing time depends entirely on your computer and connection, but generally
a 10 minute clip will take anywhere from 5-10 minutes to be fully downloaded and viewable. You will start viewing within a few seconds of buffer time, but not be able to use the seek bar to
move forward or back until the clip is fully cached.
Viewing is not recommended,
or may not be possible at all, for Mac or dial-up users. You can, of
course, still purchase DVDs from our DVD store if you cannot download.
How do I view the videos I want?
Once you purchase credits, login to our
private video access section and start viewing a
video you wish to view, you will
have 2 FULL DAYS to view it again and again, as many times as you want. You will have to enter your username and
password to play the video the first time and agree to spend the credits
that it costs. You will not need to pay any more
credits within the 2 DAY period once you've paid for it the
first time. Once the 2 Days is up, you can watch it again buy
paying the credits for another 2 Days of viewing it, or you can
use your remaining credits to view another video for 2 days.
HELP! I bought credits but
when I click "Watch Now" it just keeps taking me to the "Buy Credits"
page!! Where are the movies??
You will need to login to our
private video section to access the videos buy clicking here and entering your username and password you created when
you purchased credits. Once your login gets you in, you'll be at the
browse page where you can browse for the videos you wish to watch!!
I am having trouble with my log-in / password?
Due to the increasing number of password traders, our security has been
upgraded. We are using DRM to protect the video files you are viewing.
If you are not able to receive your license by entering your login at
the license screen, due to a technical issue or
browser setting, this would cause you to not be able to watch videos.
Make sure you have the newest version of Windows Media Player or
compatible. Check your browser security levels to make sure it is not set to high.

more info you can provide, the better it will be for us to help you
quickly and easily!
